ALL PERSONS APPOINTED TO ACT IN AN OFFICIAL CAPACITY AT THE MEETING MUST SIGN BELOW.

I agree to act in an official capacity at this meeting and in consideration of my so acting the organising club(s) through Motorsport Ireland have affected for my benefit a Personal Accident Insurance Policy which includes cover for death benefits and injury benefits, including out of work and medical expenses. I understand however that such Personal Accident Insurance Policy will only be affective whilst I am carrying out my duties as an official and only if I, as an official, comply in full with the GCRs of Motorsport Ireland with regards to my duties on an event.

I, the undersigned, undertake to submit to and be bound by the International

Sporting Code of the FIA and the General Competition Rules of Motorsport Ireland and any regulations supplementary thereto as may be imposed from time to time by Motorsport Ireland. I CONFIRM THAT I AM OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE.

I declare that I am physically and mentally fit to carry out my duties and that I will inform the organisers immediately should any change in my condition occur which I have reason or ought to have reason to believe would affect my ability to carry out my duties. I acknowledge that I understand the nature and type of competition and that as an official, I may be exposed to the potential risk inherent in motor sport and I will undertake my duties, with their associated risks with due and proper regard for my safety and that of others.

I hereby agree to abide by all applicable Motorsport Ireland Policies and Guidelines including but not exclusively Safeguarding and Anti Alcohol and Drugs policies.

MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS. All doctors attending motor sport meetings as medical officers must be fully registered with the General Medical Council, must be members of a recognised medical defence organisation and be covered for work outside a hospital. Doctors must be competent in the field in which they are working and must be aware that they are expected to provide themselves with such equipment as they deem necessary for the proper performance of their duties. It is an absolute necessity that all medical personnel use proper PPE equipment whilst delivering treatments.

RISK WARNING, DISCLAIMER, AND INDEMNITY
I understand that Motor Sport can be a dangerous recreational activity and there is at all times a significant risk of injury, disability, or death. I acknowledge that the risks associated with attending or participating in Motor Sport include, but are NOT LIMITED to the risk that I may suffer harm as a result of motor vehicles (or parts of them) colliding with other motor vehicles, or persons or property; other participants acting dangerously or with lack of skills, high levels of noise exposure, acts of violence and other harmful acts (whether intentionally or inadvertently) committed by persons attending or participating in the event to ensure my safety.  To the fullest extent, I am participating in or attending this event at my own risk entirely and agree that neither any one of or any combination of Motorsport Ireland and its associated clubs, the organisers, competitors, the track/venue owners or other occupiers, owners or occupiers of adjacent lands and properties, the promoters and their respective officers, servants, representatives and agents shall have any liability for loss or damage which may be sustained or incurred by me, including but not limited to damage to property, economic loss, consequential loss or financial loss howsoever caused arising from my participation or attendance at this event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law I agree to indemnify and hold harmless each of Motorsport Ireland, its associated clubs, the organisers, the track/venue owners or other occupiers, owners or occupiers of adjacent lands and properties, the promoters and their respective officers, servants, representatives, and agents in respect of any loss, damage or injury whatsoever and howsoever arising from my participation or attendance in this Event. I understand that the Personal Accident Insurance Policy noted above will apply if any death or injury occurs to me whilst carrying out my duties at this event once I comply with the GCRs of Motorsport Ireland. This further indemnity is applicable to death or injury occurring whilst I am not carrying out my duties at this event or if I do not comply with the GCRs of Motorsport Ireland during the event.

I understand that:
● nothing in this document excludes, restricts, or modifies any statutory rights
that I may have.
● nothing in this document prevents Motorsport Ireland from relying on any
laws(including statute and common law) that limit or preclude their liability.

Important.

Motorsport Ireland may refuse to allow you participate or attend if you do not agree to exclude, restrict, or modify your rights by signing this form. Even if you sign this form, you may still have further legal rights against Motorsport Ireland
