I, the applicant hereby agree as a condition of my using Mondello Park for the purposes of driving any mechanically propelled vehicle that I am obliged to obey any written or verbal instructions issued together with instructions given to me during my attendance at Mondello Park by Mondello Park Ltd and/or Mondello Park Sports Ltd. I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified Mondello Park Ltd and/or Mondello Park Sports Ltd and its officials, servants, employees, representatives and agents from and against all actions, claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to the person or property of myself, or others as the case may be, howsoever caused and not withstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the actions or negligence of Mondello Park Ltd and/or Mondello Park Sports Ltd, or its officials, servants, employees, representatives or agents. I have read the information issued and agree to be bound by it.

I hereby warrant that I am over 18 years of age and in good health, and I will not drive on the circuit under the influence of drink and drugs. I certify that I have read, am conversant with and agree to abide by the general regulations and any additional instructions verbal or written. I am in possession of a current and valid driving license.
